In November 2010 formally announced it will be implementing the long awaited changes to the Club Permit Scheme that introduce a 90 or 45 day Log book scheme that allows less restrictions on the vehicles use. Attached in this article is the one page brochure that Vicroads sent out to participating clubs.

The Club Permit Scheme that operates in Victoria provides discounted registration for limited use vehicles over 25 years old. The CPS will see the introduction of a 90/45 day Logo Book system in February 2011 that will provide more flexibility in the use of the vehicles. In this article the current CPS guidelines for the MOA are shown however they will be altered to reflect the new changes in the CPS.
