The annual cruise from Port Melbourne to the Pennisular is on as usual for the first Sunday of the New Year and you get a whole 6 days, instead of six hours, to get over your NYE hangovers this year. It is a simple idea for a drive each year with the intention being to travel as close to the beach as practical chewing through a few dinosaurs and just letting the thonged throng know that the Moke Club exists and then once we get some where we turn around and go home.

May have a different bit of a plan for the day once we get down around Rosebud, trying to encourage a few more members down there off their beach towels, so we may or may not get to see Portsea this year but more details closer to the day on the website and via email.

Starting point is near the entrance to Station Pier on Beach St at 8:30 for a 9am start with usual pick ups from the side of the road along the way at Mordiallic and Frankston and depending on how other plans progress we may or may not stop at Mt Martha for the usual morning tea stop. Come along in your Moke with a tank full of dinosaurs remains, some sunscreen and hat(but who am I, your mother, to be telling you that) and maybe a few nibbles and drinks incase we don't stop for morning tea. Lunch should be near shops, but keep an eye out for the final details.
